LONDON PREMIER PADEL P1 - VIP TICKET PRIZE DRAW
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. PROMOTER AND PRIZE DRAW
1.1 These terms (the “Terms”) govern the “London Premier Padel P1 VIP Ticket Prize Draw” (the “Prize Draw”), a free-to-enter prize draw operated by Sela Global Entertainment Co. Limited (company number 16105669), registered office Elsley House, 20-30 Great Titchfield Street, London, England, W1W 8BF (“Sela”, “Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”). It is run in connection with the London Premier Padel P1 tournament (the “Tournament”) operated by Sela.
1.2 By entering, you (“you”, “Entrant”) accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy (available on our website). The Prize Draw is a free prize draw with a winner selected at random; it is not a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005 and requires no licence. It is not sponsored, endorsed by, or associated with any social media platform through which it may be promoted.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 To enter you must: (a) be resident in the United Kingdom; (b) be at least 18 years old at the date of entry; and (c) be able to comply with these Terms.
2.2 The Prize Draw is not open to employees, officers, or directors of Sela, Premier Padel, or their respective group companies, affiliates, or agents, any person professionally connected with the Prize Draw or Tournament, or the immediate families or households of any of them.
3. FREE ENTRY
3.1 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. You do not need to buy any product, ticket, or service, or make any payment, to enter or win. Purchasing Tournament tickets or anything else will not improve your chance of winning; chances depend on the number of valid entries received.
3.2 Signing up to Sela’s database and providing the personal data required to enter is not a payment, consideration, or “money’s worth” for entering, and is used solely to administer the Prize Draw and to identify and contact the winner.
3.3 Entry is not conditional on agreeing to marketing. You may enter and win whether or not you consent to marketing under clause 7; any marketing consent is separate, optional, and given by a clear affirmative opt-in in the dedicated marketing section of the entry form.
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1 The Prize Draw opens on the date stated on the entry form and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 28 August 2026 (the “Closing Date”). Late entries are not counted.
4.2 To enter, sign up to Sela’s database by completing the entry form, whether online or on a paper entry form where made available, providing the mandatory information requested (which may include full name and email address). Where entering online, internet access and a valid email address are required.
4.3 One (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries via automated systems, bots, scripts, or made on behalf of another person are void. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, illegible, or not received.
5. PRIZE
5.1 The prize is one (1) pair of VIP tickets (two (2) tickets) to the final of the London Premier Padel P1 2027 tournament (the “Prize”). There is one (1) Prize and one (1) winner (the “Winner”).
5.2 The Prize excludes travel, accommodation, food or drink (save as expressly included in the VIP ticket package), spending money, insurance, and any other cost not expressly stated; all such costs are the Winner’s responsibility. The Prize is subject to availability and to the venue’s and ticket issuer’s rules; dates, times, and format of the final may change and are outside Sela’s control.
5.3 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative, except that we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our reasonable control require. The Winner and any guest must comply with all venue and event rules; guests on a VIP ticket must be at least 18 unless the venue permits otherwise, and the Winner is responsible for their guest’s conduct.
6. DRAW, NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING
6.1 The Winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date on or around 1 September 2026, by a process ensuring a fair and random result. The Winner will be notified using the contact details provided at entry within seven (7) days of the draw and told how to claim the Prize.
6.2 If the Winner does not confirm acceptance within fourteen (14) days of notification, cannot take up the Prize, or is ineligible or in breach of these Terms, we may disqualify that entrant and draw an alternative Winner, to whom clause 6.1 applies. Proof of identity, age, and eligibility may be required before the Prize is awarded.
6.3 If an error in the draw or selection process results in an incorrect number of winners or an ineligible winner, we will inform affected individuals as soon as reasonably practicable and re-conduct the relevant part of the process.
7. DATA PROTECTION
7.1 Sela Global Entertainment Co. Limited is the data controller and processes your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, for: (a) administering the Prize Draw (eligibility, draw, and award); (b) contacting the Winner and announcing the result; (c) where you give separate optional consent, adding you to Sela’s marketing database and contacting you about Premier Padel London and select other Sela events (other live sport and entertainment events promoted by Sela); (d) analytics and service improvement; and (e) legal compliance.
7.2 The legal bases are: (a) performance of a contract or steps at your request (administering and awarding); (b) legitimate interests (analytics, service improvement, and protecting the integrity of the Prize Draw); and (c) consent (marketing and any partner data-sharing under clause 7.4).
7.3 Marketing is optional and separate from entry. We send marketing only where you have given a clear, affirmative opt-in in the dedicated marketing section of the entry form - for example, by marking, completing, initialling, or signing that section (whether the form is completed online or on paper). Consent must be a positive action; a pre-completed or pre-selected opt-in will not be treated as valid consent. Choosing not to opt in, or leaving the marketing section blank, does not affect your entry or chance of winning. You may withdraw consent at any time at no cost using the unsubscribe method in any marketing message or by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing or your entry.
7.4 We may share your data with service providers (e.g., email and hosting providers) who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We will share your data with Premier Padel or Tournament partners for their own marketing only with your separate, specific consent.
7.5 We retain personal data only as long as necessary: Prize Draw administration data for as long as needed to run the Prize Draw and meet legal obligations; marketing data only while your consent remains valid. You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, to object, and to withdraw consent, and may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Further details are in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PUBLICITY
8.1 All intellectual property rights in the Tournament and Premier Padel branding belong to Premier Padel or its licensors; all Sela branding belongs to Sela or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademarks, logos, or branding. By entering, you grant Sela a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use materials you submit as part of your entry to administer and promote the Prize Draw.
8.2 The Winner agrees that Sela and its affiliates may, with the Winner’s prior consent where required and in compliance with data protection law, publish and use the Winner’s first name and county/region (and, where separately agreed, photograph or likeness) to announce the Winner and for reasonable post-event publicity, without further payment. A Winner may ask that only their first initial and county be published, and may be required to take part in reasonable publicity.
9. LIABILITY
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from your entry, participation, or acceptance or use of the Prize, including technical failures or unauthorised access to your information, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive loss.
9.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. GENERAL
10.1 We may modify, suspend, or cancel the Prize Draw at any time (including for technical issues, fraud, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control), and may amend these Terms, publishing amendments where practicable. We may disqualify, without liability, any entrant who breaches these Terms, tampers with entry, uses false information or automated systems, or acts fraudulently, unfairly, or disruptively. Our decisions are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, save that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their home courts. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect; our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement relating to the Prize Draw; you may not assign your rights without our consent; and a person who is not a party has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce them. For questions about the Prize Draw, these Terms, or your personal data, contact us using the details on our website or entry form.
