1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your registration for early access to tickets for the Premier Padel Tournament in London (the "Tournament") operated by Sela Global Entertainment Co. Limited ("Sela", "we", "us" or "our"). By registering, you accept these Terms. Registration does not guarantee access to tickets or ticket availability. Tickets are subject to availability and may sell out during the pre-sale period.
 

2. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

2.1 You must be at least 16 years of age to register. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. You must provide accurate information and may only register once per email address.

 

2.2 You may update your information or exercise your data rights by contacting us using the details in clause 7 below.

​3. PRE-SALE ACCESS

3.1 Registration is free and provides an opportunity to receive early access to purchase tickets before general public sale, subject to availability. 

 

3.2 Registration does not constitute a purchase commitment or guarantee ticket availability. 

 

3.3 If selected for early access, you will receive separate instructions on how to purchase tickets. We may allocate access codes or links at our absolute discretion, including by random selection. Any access code or link provided is personal to you and must not be shared, transferred, or sold. We may cancel tickets purchased using shared codes and impose limits on tickets per person or transaction.

 

​4. DATA PROTECTION

 

4.1 Sela is the data controller responsible for your personal data. We collect and process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 for the following purposes: (a) managing your registration and providing pre-sale access; (b) communicating about the Tournament; (c) sending marketing communications about Sela, Premier Padel, and Tournament partners(where you opt in); (d) analytics and service improvement; (e) sharing anonymised or aggregated data with Premier Padel and Tournament (including Championship-level) partners for analytics purposes (where you separately consent), and (f) legal compliance. We may share your personal data with third-party service providers (including but not limited to ticketing platforms, email service providers, payment processors, and hosting providers) who process data on our behalf.

 

4.2 Marketing communications are optional. You may opt in or out during registration and withdraw consent at any time via unsubscribe links or by contacting us. We will retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above.

 

4.3 You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent regarding your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Contact us using the details in clause 7 below to exercise these rights.

 

4.3 You may receive transactional emails relating to your registration, pre-sale access, and essential event information. These are necessary for the registration service and separate from marketing communications. The legal basis for processing your data is: (a) your consent (for marketing and partner data sharing); (b) performance of a contract (for registration and ticket access); and (c) our legitimate interests (for analytics and service improvement). We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

​5. CHANGES, CANCELLATION AND LIABILITY

 

5.1 We may modify, suspend, or cancel the pre-sale registration or Tournament at any time, including for technical issues, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. We may amend these Terms at any time and will notify you where practicable. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

 

5.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your registration, failure to provide access, inability to purchase tickets, technical failures, or unauthorised access to your information, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

 

5.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

 

6.1 All intellectual property rights in the Tournament and Premier Padel branding are owned by Premier Padel or its licensors. All Sela branding rights are owned by Sela or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademarks, logos, or branding.

 

6.2 You must not register using false information, use automated systems or bots, sell or transfer access codes, or disrupt the registration system. We may disqualify registrations and cancel tickets purchased in breach of these Terms without liability or refund and may report fraudulent activity to authorities.

 

7. GENERAL

 

7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In participating, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

7.2 If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding your registration. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
